  Appauling service, charged my 80 year old, ill parents way over the odds for a fuel delivery for the worst February in years. CPL then kept them waiting weeks despite being told that my parents had run out of oil and were relying on a fan heater. CPl promised to call back twice to advise a better delivery date but never did. I am now waiting on the phone to get connected ,19 mins and counting.
  
  I have just spoken to a seemingly helpful chap in Norwich called Daniel who sounds like he might finally get this sorted, if so I will review this next week.
