  Absolutely disappointed.Dont like that shop.I have been customer for so long time, and every time I go ther I feel so uncomfortable.They speak to you like you are not on they level.
  Never bothering to explain you what is what.they talk with you so rushed and in they level of knowledge-I don’t understand all those meanings.
  Feeling like they want you to leav the store ASAP.
  There is one really nice lady - Kim I think it was
  She is only one who really cares.
  I am leaving O2
  Can’t be bothered
  Asked them to change address
  They don’t even know what i need to do for that
  As on they computer it doesn’t let them to do.
  Told me to call customer service. NICE
