  I went here for the RUK medical. I made the appointment online. Was charged an outrageously exhorbitant fee. On the document they mention
  "Oil and Gas UK (OGUK)".The company outright refuses to mention "Renewable UK (RUK)" on the certificate. RUK is not the same as OGUK. Calling the customer service is of no help. The manager explains how it is impossible in 2017 to change the text of a certificate, inspite of the two being the same. The manager also clarifies that the professional can ask the company to call Wrightway to clarify how RUK and OGUK is the same. Red Tape at it's best.
